  • to do my best effort with whatever writing task is required of me

    • I will work in silence to aid in my concentration and the concentration of others.

    • I will write a minimum of FIVE (5) paragraphs in order to receive a passing grade. I can always write more, but never less than 5 paragraphs.

    • I will write in complete sentences, without spelling errors. I know that dictionaries are available, should I need them.

    • I will abide by the CHAMPs procedures for Seat Work/Writing.

You will write a 140 character “tweet” describing what is happening in each check.

Pay close attention to whom the check is written, the date, and who is writing the check.

Think of 10 movies you are familiar with. Write two entertaining leads for each movie using one of the techniques we’ve learned. Question, dialogue, snapshop, action for entire story

Use commas between items in a series.
