  2. Why I chose this place? • I chose Fort Meigs because I have been there before. It is a very cool place.

  3. Where is it located? • Fort Meigs is on west river road route 65 in Perrysburg, Wood county. Take 1-475 take exit 2 and turn north to state route 65.

  4. What is it? • It is a fort that William Henry Harrison built. He built it on the Maumee River in 1813. To protect the Indians from the British invaders.

  5. What can you do their? • You can watch reenactments of the battles. They can teach you about the fort. There is a Museum where you can learn even more about Fort Meigs.

  6. When is it open? It depends on the month so you should check the schedule. Before you decide to go.

  7. What does it cost? • OHS Members Free • Adults $7.00 $4.00 • Seniors $6.00 $3.00 • Students, all ages $3.00 • Children 5 and under Free • School Groups $3.00
