Lean Six Sigma Black Belt • Combines the best of both Lean and Six Sigma concepts into a unique improvement toolbox. • It takes the structure and deep, root-cause analysis of Six Sigma and adds the process flow and waste elimination focus of Lean. • It also covers additional skills required in order to successfully implement Lean Six Sigma within an organization: project management, change management, quality, group dynamics, and leadership.
