    4. Are you living in fear that your members will “jump ship” every time you hear a new club is coming to town – especially if they are right in your back yard?

    5. Many have said the theme for 2009 was “getting more bang for your buck” because of all the issues in our economy. Even more critical may be finding your true “niche”.

    6. What actually differentiates your gym/health club? In order to survive/compete in this market a niche is not only “necessary” , it is “critical”.
