  10. FACILITIES PROVIDED IN CeRA • 24 x 7 Online accessibility of scientific articles to researchers in NARS through IP authentication. • Specific articles, not accessible through CeRA, are made available through Document Delivery Request (DDR) System.

  11. Document Delivery Request (DDR) • Request Article link is meant for providing a particular article of a journal, not subscribed by CeRA, but available in the library of an institution. • Such Articles can be obtained through Document Delivery Request (DDR) for which the DDR form has to be filled up by the users. • Through Document Delivery Request (DDR) more than 8000 reprints have so far been distributed free of cost among CeRA members.
