MCLB Automated Information Systems Transaction RouterMAISTR • Receives DOD Services transactions via DAAS and routes these transactions to the appropriate MCLC Logistics legacy Automated Information System. • MAISTR is considered to be one of five most critical MCLC Logistics legacy systems which will cause a work stoppage if the system does not run properly. • The operational users is the MCLC Logistics legacy Automated Information Systems. • MAISTR direct MIL’s transactions to the appropriate MCLC Logistics legacy Automated Information System. • MAISTR obtains all its information via DAAS. • Monthly transaction volume is – (Chart At End of Brief) • Allows the MCLC Logistics systems the ability to implement DLMS ERP.

Mechanization of Warehousing & Storage ProceduresMOWASP • MOWASP is the Marine Corps Wholesale Storage and Distribution System. • MOWASP is considered to be one of five most critical MCLC Logistics legacy systems which will cause a work stoppage if the system does not run properly. • The operational users is the MCLC Fleet Support Centers Albany, GA., Barstow, CA. • MOWASP process the following MIL’s 80 byte transactions: Due-In, Receipt, Due Verification, Material Release, Material Release Advice, Physical Inventory,Demand, Storage Item Correction, Inventory Adjustments. • MOWASP obtains its information via DAAS or direct feeds from SCS, TDMS. • Monthly transaction volume is – (Chart At End of Brief) • Allows the MCLC Logistics systems the ability to implement DLMS ERP.

Stores Accounting System • Stores Accounting is the Marine Corps Wholesale Financial System which contains the dollar value of ICP assets. • Stores Accounting is considered to be one of five most critical MCLC Logistics legacy systems which will cause a work stoppage if the system does not run properly. • The operational users is the Marine Corps DFAS Financial Center. • Stores Accounting process the following MIL’s 80 byte transactions: Receipt, Adjustment Request Reply, Adjustments Request, Issues, Physical Inventory. • Stores Accounting obtains its information via DAAS or direct feeds from SCS. • Monthly transaction volume is – (Chart At End of Brief) • Allows the MCLC Logistics systems the ability to implement DLMS ERP.
