ACI Global Network MECHANICAL WORKSHOP AND BODY SHOP 350 ACI Global Body Shops • ACI Global body shop Network is the leading automotive repairer offering update equipment, as new technology in vehicles advance. All the requirements are fulfilled and the staff of all Network is up-to-date with the technical training needed to handle collision repair correctly. All of the estimates are completed electronically and uploaded directly into the web based system (Targautho). • The body shops are selected according to strict protocols measuring assets and expertise: • At least two car elevators and two template benches; • Electronic diagnostic; • At least one paint booth; • Training certificates by car manufacturers. • 1000 Mechanical workshops

Direct Rescue Center startup NETWORK INFORMATION On July 2015 ACI Global created a direct Rescue Center to cover the northern part of Südtirol/Alto Adige (Bressanone, Vipiteno and Brennero area), close to the border to Austria It is the first of ACI Global’s excellence centers, planned to be opened throughout Italy The main goal is to get in touch directly with customers needs beginning to be at service of German Customers which are more demanding than other Custormers. The improvement of quality is our challenge. Shareholder status: ACI Global 95% , Local German speaking Partner 5%, Assets: Roadside assistance and towing vehicles owned by ACI Global

Paperless solution INNOVATIONS In the Automatic Dispatch system we intend to implement a dematerialization of the paper in the process of creation of the Model26 introducing the implementation of Advanced Electronic Signature (FEA), according to the rules laid down in the Government Digital Code (CAD). This will make it possible to dematerialize the subscription of document certifying the technical intervention performed by the subcontractors through their rescuers, in addition to introducing a new process of collection payments, which involves the release on site of a receipt as certification.

OBD diagnosys integration INNOVATIONS The new system also includes the integration with an OBD diagnostic system, able to read the operating parameters of the vehicle and errors logged by the control unit to support the identification of the fault and its repair on the spot by our operators. Moreover, the system conveys the relevant information centrally to ACI Global,as additional input of the intervention, ready to be analyzed in real time or successively, not only by our technical help desk, but possibly also by the customer.
