  3. Shifts ongoing 2-3/day U. Bassler, M. Bhattacharjee, V. Bhatnagar, L. Duflot, T. Eltzroth, S. Fu, M. Gao, R. Hauser, M. Hohlfeld, B. Kehoe, N. Parua, M. Ridel, D. Schamberger, M.Tuts Concentrating on CC Working on software (examines, GUIs etc.) for online debugging and commissioning Calorimeter Commissioning Shifts

Preamp 1 primary + 5 PS to install + 1 ICD Cooling Fan needs rework in one box (~1 day) All 1152 m/boards with 48 preamps per board installed (55k) All calibration pulsers installed and cabled Commission BLS 24/36 PS installed, 6 ready to be installed, 6 more in final assembly/testing 8/12 quadrants populated (768/1152). Need ~400 more Board assembly and testing at SUNY-SB about 50-100/week Calorimeter Electronics Install

  5. ADC & T+C Run 1 ADC’s working fine ADC controllers modified and being tested 4 prototype Timing and Control cards being used 10 more on order (1-2 weeks) Still need T+C Crate controller (1-2 week layout, 2 week production) L1/L2 Trigger Trigger drivers at assembler (doing all 2.3k) Trigger summer – parts go out next week for CC (3k). Estimate 3 week production. Need testing. Installation in hall. Will test and time in with a few prototype towers Noise issues on readout are a concern Calorimeter Electronics Install

  6. ICD 5 tiles installed on ECS-SW PMT box, HV + LV power, electronics pulser installed Readout tested next week HV CC and ECN filled in Dec and HV turned on to 2kV on all channels All cryostats filling this week HV cables reinstalled, tested and ready to turn on Calorimeter Electronics Install

  7. Calibration Pedestal calibration data sent to L3 scriptrunner node Data sent to CalibManager and then to Oracle dB Python tools extract data to pickle files Work on gain runs with pulser ongoing Automatic validation and extraction tools needed Downloads/controls Pedestal and limits files read from pickle file in Comics and downloaded to ADC Working on pulser control General alarm monitoring of all systems needs to be implemented and more robust GUIs Calorimeter Electronics Install

Goals • Commission ECN preamps, pulsers + cables with Run 1 BLS – (July/Aug) • Commission CC preamps, pulsers + cables + BLS crates with final prototype electronics (Aug/Sept) • Commission ECS full detector + readout with prototypefinal electronics (Oct/Nov) • Commission full detector (Dec/Jan) • Ready for roll-in (Feb)
