Yearly Monitoring Full team monitoring of Community Colleges and CBO’s every 5 years. • Follow-Up Monitoring • Financial Monitoring Review of the changes made via the corrective action plan 6 months to a year after yearly monitoring. Monitoring • Desktop Monitoring • Risk Monitoring Report that will be sent out every year to each college and CBO detailing its performance over the past 3 years. On-site visits, phone conversations, and/or electronic meetings initiated by the system office staff to help correct issues early based on risk factors (New director, poor performance, etc.).
