  5. Regional Findings: Businesses • Satisfied customers • smaller, less tech savvy • unwilling to pay more, unaware of options • Dissatisfied customers • larger, more tech savvy • more intensive users, willing to pay more • Problems w speed and reliability

  6. Regional Findings: Households • Response rates: 30%+ • 76-87% have internet • Those without internet don’t want it • Advanced users less satisfied • Slow speeds • Poor connectivity • Expense • About 20% have home businesses
