  3. What Went Well • AdviseUP is fucking awesome really cool • We got to play with Banner • Sacred Sr. Design time • Get something done every week. • Worked closely with our advisors • (Tammy is the best)

  6. Why Milestones Went Wrong • Actually knowing wtf you’re writing about first semester helps • You may want to try something called “research” • We made rather a lot of milestones • No differentiation between major/minor ones

  7. What Else Went Wrong • Learning existing project • Working with outside people/departments takes time • Group of 3….less people, same work • SrDes is easy to get behind on. There are very few actual due dates. We were always behind. Don’t, it will only keep getting worse.
