  1. FREE ALLAMA DELWAR HOSSAIN SAYEDEENOW Dear All, 01-Mar-2013 AssalamuAlaikum, Yesterday the controversial tribunal in Bangladesh has sentenced renowned Islamic scholar and Dawee to death on the basis of false allegation and propaganda. International Commission of Jurists (a Geneva-based legal advocacy group) says: "if judges are intimidated by mass protests into handing out death sentences, that's not justice and may unleash yet another cycle of violence." AbdurRazzaque, the lead defence lawyer, said Sayedee, one of the country's best-known Islamic preachers, had been the victim of mistaken identity. "Justice has not been served today," he said. "The man the prosecution has described as committing atrocities is not the same man as Jamaat-e-Islami leader Delwar Hossain Sayedee.“ You are aware that this mockery in the name of trial has been widely criticised by all.Millions of Muslims are now on the street protesting against it. With almost 70 people brutally killed and hundreds wounded by bullets of the brutal regime's evil police and Awami thugs, dozens fighting for their life, tens of thousands injured in the past 24 hours. This is the darkest day in the history of Bangladesh. Never before so many innocent lives were needlessly lost by gun shots of the regime in our beloved Bangladesh. PLEASE RAISE YOUR VOICE AGAINST THIS INJUSTICE
