  2. ที่มา : • เกิดจากการพัฒนาระบบการส่งบทความเพื่อพิจารณาตีพิมพ์ในวารสารเทคโนโลยีสุรนารี จากเดิมที่ผู้เขียนสามารถส่งบทความได้ทางไปรษณีย์ อีเมล์ หรือผ่านทางระบบการจัดส่งเอกสารภายในของ มทส. ให้สามารถส่งได้ทางระบบ Electronic Journal ซึ่งสะดวกและรวดเร็วกว่าการส่งแบบเดิม อีกทั้งยังสามารถเผยแพร่ได้รวดเร็วและกว้างขวางมากขึ้น

Admin 1 บรรณาธิการ • พิจารณาเมื่อมีบทความเข้า และพิจารณาผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ • พิจารณาผลการประเมินจากผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ • พิจารณาผลการแก้ไขบทความภายหลังการแก้ไข • พิจารณาการตอบรับบทความ • Admin 2 นัยน์นภา เงาเกาะ • ดูแลระบบ e-journal ในภาพรวม (ไม่รวมการแก้ไข source code) • ตรวจ format เมื่อมีบทความเข้า • จัดรูปแบบบทความที่ได้รับการตอบรับแล้วตามรูปแบบวารสาร • ส่งให้ผู้เขียน galley proof และนำขึ้น online • Admin 3 สุกัญญา เจริญสุข • ทาบทามผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ และส่งบทความให้ประเมินทางระบบ e-journal • ติดตามผลการประเมินจากผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ นำเสนอ บก. และเบิกจ่ายค่าตอบแทน
