About us • Inform Billing is a privately owned and independent company with a management team that boasts more than 40 years’ experience in both telecoms and the general billing market • We pride ourselves on our vast market knowledge and ability to provide a wide range of billing services that deliver real benefits to our customers • Our highly skilled in-house development team is available to support you throughout the billing process and with any further individual needs • It’s an old saying but it’s true; Inform Billing are big enough to cope but small enough to care

Our history • Established at the beginning of 2010, Inform Billing has quickly affirmed its place as a leading billing specialist • Born from a management buyout, Inform Billing emerged from two companies; PAN Telecom Limited and Edge Telecom Limited • Following the buyout, Inform Billing became an independent company owned by founders Shaun Bodsworth and Darren Salisbury. They are now complemented by a growing team of highly experienced colleagues • Inform Billing continues to deliver and develop solutions that give its customers real results

Our products • Eclipseis a billing package that allows you to manage customer account information and billing data from a single point of reference, as well as providing a complete view of all customers’ rates and charges • Enlightenis a fully featured on-line end customer billing portal. Hosted by us, it is branded like and accessible from your website. Enlighten is only available in conjunction with Eclipse

Eclipse – what it does • Enables full re-rating of call data records • Using the power of an SQL database, Eclipse can handle unlimited numbers of calls • Enables multiple products/ services to be billed on a single bill • not just traditional telecoms – Eclipse can bill all services including VoIP and SIP • It also bills non telecoms products and services • Provides customer service staff with accurate information • Eclipse was designed from the ground up with usability in mind • Designed for resellers working in all types of markets • Including traditional voice, IT, data, VoIP, MPLS, hardware, PABX and mobile

Eclipse – main features • Developed and supported in-house • CRM tools and features • Profit and trend analysis reporting • Powerful reporting functions • On-line help system • White label and third party billing • Mail merge and email merge facility • Customer defined fields at various account levels (45 fields in total) • Manual invoices, credit notes and out payments catered for • Direct Debit file creation and multiple payment methods supported • Four layer billing (account, billing plan, cost centre and number level) • Supplier charge files can be imported • All carrier CDR formats supported • Reprint any invoice at any time direct from the user PC • Accounts integration including Sage, Xero, Quick Books • Six levels of account type (customer, dealer, reseller, contact, prospect, supplier) • Full dealer commission sub-system for calculating commissions • Fast and accurate CDR loading and rating (approx. 5 million CDRs per hour) • Complex error checking of imported CDRs • Hosted and on premise options • Bill using paper, PDF or web (when used with Enlighten)

Enlighten – what it does • Fully featured online end-customer billing portal • Three login portals (all accessed via the same URL): • End customer • Dealer • Reseller • Invoices can be reviewed, re-printed and analysed • Calls can be analysed allowing the customer to review calling patterns, spend trends and to run standard reports • Customers can make changes to parts of their account settings • Links to Eclipse providing an automatic method of getting user initiated changes actioned
