  2. Evaluation of Event Services 2012: How often do you schedule on-campus events?

  3. Evaluation of Event Services 2012: In what capacity?

  4. Evaluation of Event Services 2012: Overall, I am satisfied with the availability of campus facilities that match my event needs.

  5. Evaluation of Event Services 2012: Overall, I am satisfied with the availability of campus facilities that match my event needs. Comments: 1. The availability, and permission, of booking Meeting Rooms for student groups to meet in after hours.2. We do not have Kosher facilities. Additionally, there are routine problems with double-booking of rooms and losing spaces at the last minute.3. I am none of the people in item 2. I am professional staff, Club advisor. 4. Office is a mess hassle to get things approved on campus faculty for event services seems like they don't want to be bothered with paperwork. If you were more helpful and there was less of a hassle and quicker respond time. I guarantee student groups would be more active on campus 5. More large rooms should be made available to accommodate people.6. The site used to check room availability is very slow and hard to read. Also, 25 copies a day is not a lot.

  6. Evaluation of Event Services 2012: Please check any resources you use when planning events on campus. Comments: 1. Have used theatre, media and computer services staff help2. Production Services and Computer Services3. Don't Plan4. Faculty5. ARHU Staff

  7. Evaluation of Event Services 2012: Please check all of the on-campus services that you have used at your events.

  8. Evaluation of Event Services 2012: Please check all of the on-campus services that you have used at your events. Comments: 1. Always and consistently outstanding service2. Service staff is wonderful3. A/V guys are lovely. Give them a raise.4. Quality of support is great although slow at times5. participants from the community complained about signage for the TRLC; they were unable to locate it on the available campus map, and there were NO signs to direct them even from Lot 6. Parking for disabled persons in Lot 6 near TRLC is inadequate6. Chartwells is always prompt with our food orders, and they are always delicious!7. Generally positive, hard work received!8. Unorganized hassle 9. The Computer Services Help desk is very helpful when problems arise with computer programs during evening programs!

  9. Evaluation of Event Services 2012: Where do you go to obtain event related request forms? Comments: 1. I email Laurie Griscom directly2. ARHU

  10. Evaluation of Event Services 2012: Please check all of the advertising venues you use to advertise events. Comments:1. Also use Black Board2. tabling is difficult, but most other things so well3. Office needs to be redone4. Would like to be able to advertise on the sign at Jimmie Leeds Road entrance.5. It is not clear who to contact for these different advertising venues.

  11. Evaluation of Event Services 2012: Please check the reasons you visit the Stockton Campus Events Web Calendar. Comments: 1. Very slow and confusing to use.

  12. Evaluation of Event Services 2012: The Stockton Campus Events Web Calendar includes a feature that allows you to filter your search by event types. Comments: 1 Never use the filter2 Career Center Workshops3 This feature is such a nuisance I only use it to check room availability4 Did not know about this feature

  13. Evaluation of Event Services 2012: Please rate your satisfaction and comment on the kiosks/bulletin boards/wall posting areas located throughout campus.

  14. Evaluation of Event Services 2012: Please rate your satisfaction and comment on the kiosks/bulletin boards/wall posting areas located throughout campus. Comments:1. The kiosks are cluttered and outdated. No one reads them.2. Ares to post flyers is rather limited for PR3.There are expired posters often4. I wish I knew who to go to when I wish to post something5. Poor method of communication when students are so connected to the web for information6. Too much posted, events cannibalize one another7. The wall locations and back of the kiosks are not always seen8. The kiosks are hard to see and are placed in low traffic areas. Some flyers also get put on the back end of the column and they aren't even visible. There are also often old and outdated flyers that should have been taken down weeks ago that are still up. 9. Outdated flyers and posters aren't always taken down after the events they're advertising have occurred.10. nobody notices them11. I understand the importance of going through event services to post throughout the college, but it is inconvenient to impossible to get information in the desired areas.12. Nothing you can't get from going up to the Operations Center window.

  15. Evaluation of Event Services 2012: Please share any other additional suggestions or comments related to your experiences planning and scheduling on-campus events. Comments:1. My experiences for planning and scheduling on-campus events are limited2. Communication between all of the event support units has improved greatly, resulting in great service. There are still basic structural problems with the technology in the Campus Center event venues.3. The entire process is very infantalizing. Students should be permitted more autonomy.4. none5. I enjoy the flexibility of planning at Stockton, yet feel as though some need help planning, so I really like the idea of the presentations by the resource room to help students transform into leaders. Thank you!6. Event staff is always awesome to work with!7. I would like the resource room to have extended hours and to be open earlier in the morning. I often have events that start early or free time in the morning to plan for my club, but the room is not open. I also think a club officer should be able to check out their club's locker key for an extended period of time. It is a hassle to pick it up and drop it off numerous times through out the week. 8. The people at student development are very slow and rude.9. The Offices of student Development and Event Services do an excellent job and are to be highly praised.10 Admissions needs bigger signage considering it is hidden behind the pillar when you walk into the building.
