  2. Vetting Process • December – January complete presentation of 121 plan for Head and Central Admin • January – March discussions/ presentations teachers and students • March-April present to Board • April – May communicate to broader community/ parents

  3. MAC- PC Transition • Receive laptops at 2 hour sessions to go over basics • Assign mentors within the division • 6 weeks of after school drop in sessions for support • June professional development with Apple • Summer workshops by LS Mac Coaches and MS Experts • August back to school sessions back

  4. Curriculum Transition • PC based material/software to Mac based • Research of materials – e texts, supplementary material, web 2.0 apps, Learning Management System (Moodle) • Creation of versions of lessons that take advantage of all students with laptops • Development of new approaches to instruction curriculum appropriate Back
