  1. LOF Special Emphasis From TOCAS LOF Subteam • Line OF Fire (LOF) Emphasis • “Did you know” • Here are some stats for you to present to your employee via your next safety tailgate meeting. • Since 2010 there have been 151 LOF incidents including OSHA Recordables and First Aids. Here is a break down of those incident/injuries: • 68 of the 151 LOF incidents involved At-Risk employees. • 122 of the 151 LOF incidents involved TOCAS companies. • (TOCAS is made up of companies that work in DOW on a daily basis. ) • 30 of the 151 LOF incident/injuries were OSHA Recordables • 121 of the 151 LOF incident/injuries were First Aids. • Most First Aids are a coin flip from becoming an OSHA Recordable. • The average age of the personnel involved in the incident/injuries is 34 • 90% of the LOF incidents involved injuries to the hands in 2013/2014. • Only 55% of the LOF incidents involved hands in 2011/2012. • How many fewer incident/injuries would we have if we just took the time to watch where we are walking, where our hands are placed, and avoid shortcuts? • Take your time and plan your jobs. It is up to you to return to your loved ones the way you left them this morning. An open path… An energy source… A target… DOW RESTRICTED - For internal use only

How can I prevent myself or others from becoming a statistic? • “Stay Focused on LOF .” An open path… An energy source… A target… DOW RESTRICTED - For internal use only
