Design build contractor Los Angeles is a method of project delivery in which one entity, i.e., the design-build team works under a single contract with the project owner to provide design and construction services. The other entity is the contract which is a unified flow of work from initial concept through completion. This concept is also known as design/construct and is a single-source responsibility.
