  2. Introduction • It is very important to take good care of them. One must always remember to visit an eye-doctor regularly, take proper sleep and take breaks while using a computer on a regular basis. If you are having problems with your vision, you should not delay and see an optometrists urgently. Keep reading to learn about some of the things you can do to help keep your eyes in good shape.

  3. Removing Dark Circles • Grate 3 pieces of cucumber and extract the juice. • Dip cotton pads in this juice for 2 minutes and place on eyelids and darkened areas. • Relax for 15 minutes for best results continue for 2 to 3 days.

  4. Deep Sunken Eyes • Mix honey with almond oil. • Apply this on eyes before going to sleep. Repeat this for a week. • Also one can have almond with milk early morning to fight problems of deep sunken eyes.

  5. Puffy Eyes • Grate a raw Potato and mash it. Place these on the eyes and relax for 15-20 minutes. • Place cotton pads dipped in chilled milk which is not boiled. • Soak cotton in milk and place it on eyes for 10-15 minutes.
