(训练数据增加仿真结果) • Finalized the input sheet format. (更新输入格式) • Received the new KPI from SEAS. (新的输出指标已收到) • Next Week: • Finish 28 Input sheets and run simulations with the new KPI’s (完成28个情境的输入及使用新的输出指标做训练) • Continue the work with optimization (继续研究优化的算法)

(输入矩阵是否涵盖所有非间键零件,及所有排程道次) 我们认为非关键零件及非关键道次对输出指标的影响较小,所以暂时不作输入 2、Whether to take sum or average of the batch size within a workorder? (输入矩阵中的批次大小要以相加方式作输入还是平均) 我们决定以相加作为输入还避免多台设备同时加工的情况 • 3、Explain the details of the input data that will be trained. • 训练数据的细节解释

  5. (3) Simulation with increased number of inputs • In the future, more inputs might be necessary for each month. • In these simulations we increased the number of inputs in each month from 150 to 300. • The 150 inputs were doubled to create 300 inputs

Conclusions • The results show that the network training was successful even after increasing the inputs from 150 to 300. • The MSE did increase when the number of inputs were increased. • For future simulations, the work-order index can also be included as an input to observe is effect on the KPI.
