Don’t have the fear and improve the silent reflux via simple changes The voice box is our speech box which gets affected once the small amount of stomach acid and enzymes reaches in the larynx and disturbs its functioning. This problem can be faced by anyone as the lifestyle changes have brought about the worst changes in eating habits as well. Such a problem is called laryngopharyngeal reflux. It is very commonly known as LPR or silent reflux. At night or when the digestive juices with its enzymes enter the larynx, they cause gravelly voice with fatigability.
