  3. Observation-Solar variability • The variation of 1.4W/m2 observed between the 11-year cycle minimum in 1986 and maximum in 1991 could be deduced potentially to cause a mean increase in global average surface temperature of ca. 0.12 K . [Haigh, 2002]
