RECOMENDACIONES MISIÓN OMS – OPS DEL FM. POBLACIONES VULNERABLES. INTEGRAR ACTORES DE LA RED PÚBLICA. AMPLIAR DETECCIÓN DIAGNÓSTICO A CONTACTOS DESDE LA SOCIEDAD CIVIL. CONSTRUCCIÓN DE TALLAS POBLACIONALES Y PRIORIZACIÓN DE TERRITORIOS.

  7. ARTICULACIÓN GRACIAS PROYECTOS FASE II RONDA 9 DE VIH / SIDA Y TB ARTICULARON SUS PROPUESTAS PAÍS CON LOS ACTORES DE LA SOCIEDAD CIVIL PARA CUMPLIR LOS GRANDES OBJETIVOS NACIONALES.

PROYECTO “ESTADO Y SOCIEDAD CIVIL RESPONDEN PARA EL CONTROL DE LA TUBERCULOSIS” RONDA 9 – FASE II RETOS y LECCIONES APRENDIDAS: • Colaboración entre los actores: • Encontrar una liderazgo que convoque para la realización de la propuesta: Autoridad Sanitaria – Ministerio de Salud Pública y Mecanismo Coordinador País. • Asumir espacios de trabajo colaborativo para propuestas TB y VHI, por ejemplo elegibilidad. • Datos epidemiológicos: • Misión de Evaluación: OPS – MSP – Fondo Mundial; • Recomendaciones presentadas por la Misión de Evaluación: • Captación de Sintomáticos Respiratorios; • Detección – Diagnóstico TB BK+; • Seguimiento a pacientes: adherencia y reducción abandono; • Componente comunitario de apoyo a la Estrategia Control TB.

PROYECTO “ESTADO Y SOCIEDAD CIVIL RESPONDEN PARA EL CONTROL DE LA TUBERCULOSIS” RONDA 9 – FASE II RETOS y LECCIONES APRENDIDAS: • Comunicación: • Focalizar Grupo de trabajo con actores representativos del Estado y Sociedad Civil. • Articular la propuesta a la Respuesta Nacional: • Evidenciar las lecciones aprendidas por la Sociedad Civil. • Rol de las Asociaciones de Personas Afectadas: • Mostrar la visión desde la perspectiva de las personas afectadas, sus familias y sus comunidades al control de la TB; • Apoyo a las acciones para la adherencia de pacientes; • Veeduría presentando los problemas detectados.
