The unit focuses on digital health and has launched a wide range of digital solutions targeting patients worldwide. LEO Innovation Lab aims to empower patients to gain more control over both their condition and treatment, to improve the patient-doctor interaction, as well as promote efficiency for doctors and other healthcare professionals. Denmark can be a very attractive place for startups In the ‘00s mobile broadband and smartphone penetration in combination with a small language area made Denmark the perfect development ground for mobile games. Result: Today Denmark has a unique position when it comes to health data. Combined with a very tech-friendly development environment Denmark could once again prove to be a fertile testbed. If we help startups navigate this industry and provide them with for instance access to anonymized data and a fast track to regulatory expertise who knows where we could be in 2030? Investors valued Unity at $1.5 billion last year, according to the New York Times. This new round reportedly brings the company’s valuation to $2.6 billion.
