Tentative • Welcoming speech by a representative trainee (1 minute) • Please introduce and welcome the lecturer, supervisor, HR, trainee or management representative • Presentation by the trainees/trainee (10 minutes for each employer) • Marks will be deducted if you exceed the proposed period of presentation. • In Powerpoint (print it out if you have no projector) • Content of presentation • Department and supervisor’s name • Job scope • Duration • Exposed Skill and technology • Challenges • Presentation by the lecturer (10 minutes) • Discussion (15 minutes) • Visits (10 minutes if permissible) • *All trainees must be involved in either the meeting, presentation or discussion. Do not just attend and silent throughout the meeting.
