Developing Work Flow Models as a Group • Write each process on a Post-it note. • Put the “first” process on a large sheet of paper or whiteboard, then draw inputs. • Put the “next” process on the paper, then draw outputs from the first then go to the next process. • Continue until each process is on the paper.
