  3. Please enter quietly and leave your book bags in the designated area.

  4. General Information You may check out 3 books for 2 weeks. Renew them for an additional 2 weeks. Overdue fines are 5 cents per day per book. If you have any overdue books or fines totaling $1.00 or more, you may not check out any more books. Reference Books, some magazines, and cartoon books may not be checked out.

  5. Circulation—makes the books go ‘round! Each time you come to the library: Bring your library books with you Bring your planner with your ID barcode or your ID with you Bring your own earbuds if you like

  6. Please, Please, Please… Refrain from eating, drinking, or chewing gum in the library.Items will be confiscated and discarded.

  7. No Food No Drinks No Candy

  8. Be “Wise”… Use appropriate behavior and manners.

  9. “Running” in or into the doors of the Library isprohibited!!!

  10. Computer Stations Be careful and patient with computers! You will be locked out for 30 minutes after 3 incorrect password “tries”.

  11. Computer Stations SCHOOL PURPOSES ONLY Make appropriate choices… save email, MySpace, Facebook, or shopping for home!!

  12. Computer Stations Leave your “Floppy” disks at home. Flash / zip / thumb drives are OK!!

  13. Computer Stations Changing the settings or homepages on computers causes problems for others. For once, please leave your “Creativity” at home!!! Please ask for permission BEFORE printing.

  14. Please Print with caution! Save ink!! Printing is25 cents per B/W page & 1.00 per color page.

  16. Before School and Lunch The Marlin Market… is open to sell you school supplies, school shirts, and light snacks.

  17. Before School and Lunch • Chess / Checkers • Cartoon Books • Magazines • Read • Complete Homework You must sit down and have something to do:

  18. Before School and Lunch DO NOT MOVE CHAIRS; Please keep 4 or 6 chairs at each table.

  19. Before School and Lunch Don’t Forget: Put away your games, magazines, and books before you leave. Push your chairs under the table when leaving.

  21. General Information We are open from 8:15 until 3:50 – Including both lunches The Marlin Market will be open in the a.m. and at both lunches Do Not come to check out books if there is a class in session.
