Developing Countries as Peru are the most vulnerables to Climate Change • Perú has 28 millions pop. • Tiene 28 of 35 climates, 84 of 114 life zones, megadiverse country. • Less than 0.5% GHG emissions, 60% LULUCF • Important part of our population depends on activities (agriculture, fisheries) or live in prone disaster areas., that are vulnerable to climate change • 80% of our energy is hydropower one • 51 % of our people lives in poverty conditions, 21 % in extreme poverty • Low adaptive capacity due to the lack of finnancial, human, technological resources and limited institutional capacities
