  2. Expected outcome of the Round Table Discussion on The courage to Change • Having safe space to an open discussion • Generously sharing individual experience on courage and/or change they have taken – Success and lesson

  3. Introduction Attends introduction • Name • Anything about themselves: can be work, education, family etc • Their expectation from the discussion • Why is it important to them, i.e., ‘the courage to change’

  4. Courage Courage: Putting oneself at risk for some higher purpose Courage: is the choice and willingness to confront agony, pain, danger, uncertainty, or intimidation. Courage: Choosing to get out of one’s comfort zone God grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change; courage to change the things I can; and wisdom to know the difference Reflection • Sharing experience when one was courageous and in the service of what or • Who do you consider as Courageous? Why?

  5. Change Change: make or become different Change (may) involve walking naked into the land of uncertainty Reflection: Share the change you have faced recently | Positive (desired) or negative (not expected)

  6. Developing the muscle to courage How do we build the muscle courage to change: • Trying new things that takes us out of our comfort zone Reflection Share recent new thing/habit etc you chose to do that took you out of your comfort zone

  7. Confronting self limiting beliefs that hinder us from changing Reflection • What self beliefs are limiting me, why • What is possible for me, how

  8. Conclusion • What is your take home | ahh moment? • What will you do differently after this? why? • Tell us something that you will not keep up without at work
