EVENT45752: QURCB P18, Intervention description 1- INITIAL DIAGNOSTIC: QURCB P18, VFD & watchdog AMB faults 1.1 - VFD replacement 1.2 - Customer's Interface board 3A2 replacement OBSERVATION 1:All CCs MB diagnostic signals lost DI fuse replacement 2- SECOND DIAGNOSTIC: message error ID 54 & 51 on new VFD 2.1: Code licence lost BACK to initial VFD OBSERVATION 2: protection Zener diode blows 33Q1 (VFD 24V PS) & 32Q4 (AO quantum card) down NOT ENOUGH TIME TO SOLVE PROBLEM => CC1 VFD still not operational

EVENT45752: QURCB P18, next steps • 1- POST EVENT ANALYSIS FROM CE EXPERT: • 24VDC Short circuit should occur with internal profibus PCB slot manipulation PROPOSAL: replace VFD spare, including licence update • all spares equipment left in SM18 (VDF, S2M, relay & interface card) • 2- FEEDBACK: This event was instructive to • - Update piquet procedures (already Done-OK) • - Define new task for Watchdog fault (in progress) • - Improve Spare management, Tools and access definitions
