Department of Environmental Protection • DEP GeoData Directory Portal • This is a downloadable collection of the publically available data that is part of the DEP Enterprise Geodatabase. • Each dataset is a zipfile that includes a disclaimer, metadata, and shapefiles. • These datasets are updated weekly. • Over 100 datasets are currently available. • Downloadable Datasets • http://www.dep.state.fl.us/gis/datadir.htm

  3. Department of Environmental Protection • DEP Data Request Form • If the data you need is not listed in the GeoData Directory, please use the data request form to get what you need. This form is sent to the Enterprise GIS group at DEP who will then forward the request to the appropriate DEP division and data steward. • http://www.dep.state.fl.us/gis/dataRequest.htm

  4. Department of Environmental Protection • MapDirect • MapDirect is DEP’s consolidated Web Mapping Application. Most of DEP’s GIS data is available from this application. Maps can be printed, saved as PDF, or exported. • Local shapefiles can be uploaded and displayed as a new layer on the map. • Several years of statewide imagery are available from 1994 to present. • Realtime USNG coordinates are shown at the mouse cursor location on the bottom-left of the application. • Custom Find Tools available for each “focus” • Area of Interest Report • http://ca.dep.state.fl.us/imf
