Facebook Open Rack V2 Caster Test To meet rack total 1385 (1250 + 135) kg weight requirement, one single caster can withstand 550 Kg for both static and dynamic conditions (about 40 % of max rack total weight, 4 casters in one rack). a. Facebook Open Rack V2 • Rack Moving Test • Load up the rack to its maximum loading (1250 Kg) for: • Over 6 mm high obstacle 5 times. • Passed! • Over 1” wide gap 5 times • Passed! • Move rack up and down 10’ / 5° ramp 5 times • Passed! • Moving force test (less than 5% of rack total weight) • Passed! • Rack total weight: 1250 + 135 = 1385 Kg • Tested force on terrazzo floor is 35 kg, 2.52% total weight.
