  2. 5 THEMATIC WORKING GROUPS Five thematic working groups will have in-depth discussions on the following topics: 1. Measures to facilitate adaptation to climate change 2. National GHG inventories 3. Measures to mitigate climate change 4.Constraints and gaps, and related financial, technical and capacity needs 5.Education, training and public awareness, information and networking, research and systematic observation
