  2. God knows everything Ps. 139:3-4 God is completely familiar with our activities God even knows what I will say before I say it We never have to inform God, explain to God, or be concerned that He doesn't understand

  3. God knows everything Ps. 139:5-6 This intimate knowledge is for protection and to be a help. This reality is staggering to David, beyond comprehension.

  4. God is everywhere Ps. 139:7-8 It is not possible to go anywhere without God being there. The highest heavens, the lowest place in hell, and everywhere in between finds God present.

  5. God is everywhere Ps. 139:9-10 No matter what time or how far, God is with there... ...and He will care for us.

  6. God is everywhere Ps. 139:11-12 The darkness that terrifies so many is nothing to God. He is everywhere. He knows everything.

  7. God is all-powerful Ps. 139:13 God created us. He knows us better than we know ourselves. He is with us everywhere. He cares.

  8. God is all-powerful Ps. 139:14 The billions of possibilities that came together to make us individually means we are unique, special, and loved. When we know that, live conscious of that, it should result in praise.

  9. God is all-powerful Ps. 139:14-16 Our lives, the way we are, contain loving purpose. We are special to God. No wonder Satan works so hard to convince us that we are accidents; don't buy the lie. We should know better.

  14. God is all-powerful Ps. 139:17-18 God's thoughts and plans for us are "precious" and without number! He is not detached. He is not uncaring. He is continually aware and cares every moment of every day.

  15. David's reaction and loyalty Ps. 139:19-22 Remember the historical context! "hate" = "to reject them, to disavow any association with them" God's enemies were David's enemies.

  16. David's reaction and loyalty Ps. 139:23-24 David wanted God to affirm his loyalty and find anything within him not consistent with his commitment to an extended life now and the way of eternity.
