  4. Member Information Detailed Member information is captured through Member Information screens. Member provides his personal details at the time of registration with NGO. Loan Processing Loan Processing module takes care of capturing details of Cash flow, Credit Scoring of a loan applicant and gives maximum loan amount eligible as an input to the loan recommendation process.   6. Cash Flow Analysis Cash flow : To assess the borrower’s capacity to repay and determine the loan amount based on the borrower’s Household & Business income/ expenses. Cash Flow Adjustment Factor(CFAF): Is a percentage over borrower’s net income to arrive at repayment capacity. Debt Capacity Analysis: Repayment capacity of the borrower as per Daily/Weekly/Monthly cash flow. Maximum Loan Amount: Borrower’s repayment capacity times No of Installments.

Credit Scoring The Credit-Scoring measures the Maximum Loan Amount and relative risk of each borrower based on Cash Flow Information and various criteria like Borrowers Profile, Business Profile, Assets and Liabilities, Credit History and Savings History Points: Each profile is allotted some points(User Configurable). Weightage : Each profile is allotted some Weightage (User Configurable). Weighted Score: Points X Weightage Cash Flow Adjustment Factor(CFAF): Is a user configurable percentage based on the total points scored by the borrower. Maximum Loan Amount: Monthly cash flow from Cash Flow Data x Cash Flow Adjustment Factor(CFAF) and multiplies it by number of installments to arrive at maximum loan amount. Risk Classification: Risk classification is arrived based on the total points scored and the weighted score.

  8. Loan Recommendation Cash Flow Analysis: The Cash Flow Analysis tab information is automatically filled up from the data entered in Cash Flow Analysis. Appraisal of Collaterals : The information under the ‘Appraisal of Collaterals’ tab shows assets which are flagged as collateral. Loan Assessment : Data picked up from credit scoring, personal details and old loan accounts history of the borrower. Loan Approval: Loan Sanction details including the amount and terms of loans and the purpose.
