Replay (T1 or ATS) Recorder Base Platform • PC with 512 MB RAM, 10/100 Ethernet, 80 GB hard drive standard (larger sizes available) • Linux or Windows XP Pro • Supports up to two T1s, or up to 32 analog ports (trunks or extensions) • Replay Recording software pre-installed • Basic cables included

  3. Replay_T1 Base Platform (Single or Dual T1 Implementation) T1 (PRI) from/to Telco T1 (PRI) to/from PBX TAP Replay Network (Temporary storage of recordings).

  4. Replay_ATS Base Platform (Analog Trunk or Station support) Analog Trunks Analog Ext. PBX To record specific extensions, connect Replay_ATS here. If you plan to record ALL extensions, connect Replay_ATS here. Replay Replay - OR -

  5. Replay (T1 or ATS) Recorder Base Platform • Records directly to .WAV file • Filename tagged with channel-ID, day, time, length-of-call and direction • Recordings are automatically sent to the server

  6. PBX Telco T1 (PRI) This PC (provided by client) will have Windows IIS, TAPIT Web Reports and Replay Server installed. Replay Network Network Access TAPIT Web Reports and Replay recordings. Recordings are stored herein a Central Location Replay (T1 or ATS) Recorder in your environment TAP

  7. Replay Server Configuration Screen Replay user specifies how frequently voice files are going to be moved from the Replay Boxes and where to move them. Automatic voice file delete or archive is scheduled here. If necessary voice files can be manually deleted, archived or imported using this screen.

  8. Moving voice files from Replay Boxes to the Central Location Voice files are movedto Central Location from all Replay Boxes. Central Location is a folder by default located on the Replay Server PC. Replay Box 2 Voice Files Replay Box 1 Voice Files Central Location Replay Server PC(provided by Client)

  9. Configuring Replay Boxes Voice files can be moved: in minute intervals daily weekly monthly A user configures Replay Server software to move voice files from each Replay Box to the Central Location.

  10. Central Location Archive Location Automatic Archive of Voice Files Voice files can be scheduled to be periodically archived from Central Location. Voice Files • Replay can be scheduled to archive: • previous month files on a specified day of a month(i.e. archive files for the previous month, on 28th day of this month, at 1:00 AM) • previous week files on a specified day of a week (i.e. archive files for the previous week, on Sunday of this week, at 1:00 AM) • previous day files at a specified time of a day(i.e. archive files for yesterday, today, at 6:00 PM)

  11. Central Location Automatic Delete of Voice Files Voice files can be scheduled to be periodically deleted from Central Location. Voice Files • Replay can be scheduled to delete: • previous month files on a specified day of a month(i.e. delete files for the previous month, on 28th day of this month, at 1:00 AM) • previous week files on a specified day of a week (i.e. delete files for the previous week, on Sunday of this week, at 1:00 AM) • previous day files at a specified time of a day(i.e. delete files for yesterday, today, at 6:00 PM)

  12. Listening to recorded telephone conversations Recorded voice files can be accessed via Tapit Web Reports. For example if you would like to listen to a phone call for extension 101, made on 1/29/2007 between 3:00 PM and 4:00 PM, you simply run the Detail Activity by Extension/Date report with appropriate criteria. Enter Criteria into reports filter screen and Click on Create Report

  13. Click on a desired call record on a detail activity report. Replay Web finds the corresponding voice file and automatically plays the recording. If you do not wish to listen to this recording in its entirety double click anywhere on the empty space of this slide to continue.
