  2. What does the machine do? • The machine takes either perforated or louvered steel or stainless steel sheets, it forms them around a mandrel then mechanically lock-seams them either internally or externally.

  5. Tube sizes. • Max length:- 600 mm single feed. • Max length:- 300 mm single feed. {feed in two sheets at a time} • Max Diameter:- 70 mm • Tube wall :- thickness 0.5 / 1 mm

  7. Feed single sheet. A 600 mm long tube can be produced every 5 seconds. On 3 shifts, this means around, 4,320,000 per year! Double sheet feed A 300 mmlong tube can be produced every 2.5 seconds. On 3 shifts this means approximately 8.640,00 per year. Output

  8. Feed table • The feed table can be set to work with one sheet as a time. {for tubes over 300 mm in length.} • The feed table can be split in two for sheets less than 300 mm in length, so two tubes can be produced per cycle.

  9. Simple operation description. The EAGLE LXS/.L-84 is a compact, self-contained machine designed forforming and lock-seaming louvered or perforated sheets. The motor drive and hydrauliccomponents are mounted on top of the hydraulic oil reservoir as partof the base and are easily accessible. One or two (depending on length of tube) pre-notched and louvered/perforatedsheets are placed into the sheet feed and are fed into the work areaup. against an adjustable back stop. A hinged roller die assemblyrises to grip the sheet(s) between the pressure bar and the mandrel.The rollers continue rolling the sheet(s) around the mandrel forminga "U" section. An overhead, traveling lock-seaming carriage advances, forming and locking the seam in one operation. As the carriage returns, the sheet(s) are automatically stripped from the mandrel. Tool change is quick and easy’ requiring only a mandrel change forvarious tube diameters and a few simple adjustments.
