Chemistry • Starter: turn in hmwk; get out calculator and writing utensil • Today’s learning targets: 6 and 8 • Textbook receipts • Learning check • New material: Determining Significant Digits • Continue lab safety rules • Due dates this week: • Friday: 1-4 review/reinforcement wkst • Tuesday: 1-5 notes

Conceptual physics • Starter: get out Scientist partner questions from yesterday; give back learning target sheets • Today’s learning targets: 1-3 • “Scientific claim” examples – per your learning target sheet requests!  • Go over scientist partner questions: pg. 8 (1-10, 12) • End of class: complete a column and a “Muddiest Point” • Tomorrow: Learning check over LTs 1-3
