  5. Safety stop for 40 foot dive 15 feet 2-3 minutes

  6. Safety stop for 100 foot dive 15 ft 2 min 50 ft 1 min 100 feet

  7. Actual Dive Time • Surface to Surface

  8. Depth Deepest point reached during the dive 25 feet 50 ft 50 ft 90 feet

  9. Diving High Good to an altitude of 1000 feet

  10. Flying After Diving Wait 12-24 hours

  11. Surface Interval Time 10 minutes minimum recognized 1 hour minimum suggested Good SIT Bad SIT

  12. Deep, Cold, Hard Work • Add one letter group
