  2. Committee Terms of Reference History • Last September Linda Kirk and Jim Crosscombe worked on a Building Services Committee TOR with a few other E.D.’s • The latest Committee TOR was based on the Tenants/Members Committee that was discussed last year • Only until now has the Committee been able to meet as a group • First meeting was in February 2010 • Reason for delay was due to the Tenant Leases being SAO’s top priority Building Services Committee

  3. Committee Terms of Reference Highlights • To work with the SAO to improve the quality of the work in the building and to act as advisory groupon issues impacting the current and future services provided to tenants and to review fees and charges by the Sport Alliance to its clients • Reports to the SAO’s CEO • Will make any recommendations or present any concerns to the SAO’s CEO • Will provide a verbal report at monthly SAO Member meetings • Will post executive summary of each meeting on SAO website Building Services Committee

  4. SAO Group Benefit PlanRenewal Benefit Plan • The Committee was consulted early February to review and discuss the renewal proposals for SAO’s Group Benefit Plan • SAO received several quotes from 3 Consulting firms • Great West Life • Pace Consulting • MDM Insurance • Overall, the savings for each user is approximately 8-18% (varies with salary and single vs. family coverage) • As a result, the Committee and SAO recommend we proceed with MDM Insurance, underwritten by Co-operators due to the enhanced Benefit Plan and best rates • The new plan will go into effect June 1, 2010 Building Services Committee
