  4. ANSWER: COMPASS OR THEASSET TEST TAKE ONE OF THESE TESTS IF YOU ARE GOING TO A TECH COLLEGE OR A 2-YEAR COLLEGE WHEN AND WHERE??? DURING THE FALL OF YOUR SENIOR YEAR. CALL THE COLLEGE THAT YOU PLAN TO ATTEND TO SCHEDULE TESTING.

  7. Which test is best for me? • Review your PSAT scores. If you scored a 50 or higher on the math and reading portions, you probably want to go ahead and take the SAT. If you scored lower than that, the ACT might be a better test for you. • Check with your counselor and ask for her recommendation.

Staying on Course for Graduation • Remember that your junior grades are the MOST important grades and that grades are the number one factor that colleges consider when they receive your application. • You will apply to college next fall, so the latest grades they will see are your junior grades. • If you have any credits that you make up, be sure you check out credit connect options in January. You don’t want to be in a junior homeroom your senior year!! • Make your junior year one that opens lots of doors to the future for you!
