Hämäläinen, Director of the Graduate School, Harri Ehtamo, Esa Saarinen, Ahti Salo, Hannele Wallenius, Helsinki University of Technology Markku Kallio, Pekka Korhonen, Jyrki Wallenius, Helsinki School of Economics Kaisa Miettinen, University of Jyväskylä Marko Mäkelä, University of Turku Christer Carlsson, Åbo Akademi University Core research areas Optimization, Decision Analysis, Behavioral Decision Making, Efficiency Analysis, Foresight and Innovation Management, Portfolio Decision Analysis, Modeling and Simulation, Multiobjective Optimization, Systems Thinking, Systems Intelligence, Environmental Management, Climate Policy, Game Theory, Neuroeconomics, e-Commerce, Negotiations, Soft Computing, Real Option Valuation Prospective students should have a suitable master’s degree and a strong commitment to pursue research of highest standards. Doctoral students will be enrolled at the university of the supervising professor. Funding is available for up to four years. The Graduate School offers the students a possibility to work in internationally acknowledged research teams in Finland - a country of rich cultural and outdoor opportunities.
