  3. STOP • Stop the negative thoughts of U can’t • Stop and listen not just with your ears but your eyes, your heart and your mind • Stop making statements, giving directives instead ask Questions

  4. Recognize U are Good Enough • Everything you have done to date has prepared you for today. • A man doesn’t ask am I the right person, he thinks “I can figure it out …who do I know…”

  5. Don’t be afraid to fall • Without falls you will not grow! • Don’t be afraid. • When you fall get up. • Hold your head up and keep walking. • Just don’t forget to wear your red • shoes or tallest heels.

  6. Be Solution Minded • There is always a solution. • Find a way….through it, • Around it, • Over/Above it, or • Under it • Use your network or call your mentor.
