  1. Development reclosers in Tavrida in 1997-2001 We started designing recloser products in 1997 together with United Kingdom Ireland United Kingdom as a member of the team that should have provided OSM design. The idea was to design new recloser having extended metering capabilities and high brain power that could serve as “point of automation” for future distribution network. OSM concept was invented in the same year. In two years it became apparent that partners cannot complete design of electronics and software. Tavrida should have taken the lead.
