  11. Import-1 • About 80 percents of a construction materials are of imported from: • People’s Republic of China • Russian Federation • Republic of Korea • Germany • Poland etc.

  12. Import-2 From the People’s Republic of China: • Cement • Steel twig • Paints of different kinds • Ceramic tile for walls and floors • Light concrete materials • Brick • Man-made slab stone • Roofing felt • Putty • Bloated polystyrene panel

  13. Import-3 • Many imported goods imported from the People’s Republic of China are of good quality. • Got the national mark of conformity assessment: -the cement of the company “Wulan” -the cement of the company “Tai-Go” in Erlan city -the cement of the company “Men-Go”

  14. Import-4 • In 2008 were inspected and certified imported construction materials: - of 201 citizen’s, economic units and organizations; - of 26 kinds;

Import-4, Some problems - Steel twig and cement are not proved that are with the named certificate, -Oil-coloring, dazzle-paint, measure of non- volatile and its flow by shown, -It is not showing the standard necessary of heat transferring, its time-proof. The material quality which was supplied by import is with the percents of 65.3.

Some ideas • Therefore • To accept the result of testing of an industrial good to certain industry and its international standard with quality management system under importing from the People’s Republic of China • It is recommended to co-work against supporting an unfaithful manufacture

  18. Common several tasks • It is not supporting the necessary of determining latest developed material ‘s quality because of not having the highest qualified laboratory tools even 5 to 6 accredited laboratories are here what were approved in our country.

Common several tasks-2 Our state has not a laboratory of making testing and checking electrical tools, joining details, a heating oven, a radiator, plumbing pipes, a plastic line, a window of glass- covered, goods of organic and also new various materials what are supported newly. Therefore, it is required to check and verify those goods before supporting it somehow, to prove quality, making approved documentation for security while supporting construction by import and manufacturing in domestics and its marketing.

Common several tasks-3 • Our corporation is sending an offering to reach standard and technique to international level, re-new testing tools laboratory, • to get standard collection of a construction branch what is followed in China, • Exchange experience and testing training laboratory, • To co-working with having tools to make testing of a window glass, separating material of roof water and plastic material.

Common several tasks-4 • Further more, we are supposed to complete the condition of importing qualified goods with accepted suitability certificate, co- work closely with the state organization of conformity assessment • Also we are facing to a professional laboratory in the port of a border under the certain policy to implement the requirement.

  22. 2.The testing laboratory of the corporation “Constructional architecture” • It was established in 1964, firstly • It was verified in 1997, firstly • It was re-verified in 2000, 2003, 2006 and 2009.
