  3. 一.何謂隱私權 隱私權是二十世紀才出現的法律概念，起源於美國。 隱私權被視為一種「不受干擾的權利」(the right to be let alone)。 資料來源：電子商務與網路行銷(第二版) P6-6~6-7

  4. 主要的目的在保護個人的心境、精神與感覺，不受非法侵犯。 任何能用來識別、找出、或連絡個人的資料，謂之「個人可識別資訊」。 而資訊隱私權包含特定資訊不受政府或商業公司收集的權利，以及個人有控制本身相關資訊之用途的權利。 資料來源：電子商務與網路行銷(第二版) P6-6~6-7
