Traffic Modal in/out Urban ports - Urban port includes VICT, SPCT, Khanh Hoi, Ben Nghe, Lotus - Shipper/Cnee don’t want to pick up/drop off MT and drop off LD at urban ports - Urban port has to connect by barge with ICD area including QOC, ITM, TNM, Sotrans, Phuc Long - 90% of LD export from urban ports T/S via ICDs - 95% of MT in/out urban ports T/S via ICDs

  7. Traffic Modal in/out Catlai - Shipper/Cnee feel comfortable to pickup/drop off MT&LD at CLT port - CLT connect with ICDs by barge and truck for export cargoes only - 95% of MT & LD, in & out CLT directly

  8. LCL refunds – North Vietnam (inbound) • Market size: from 600 to 800 TEUs per month • Region: Europe 30% (HAM, RTM…), Asia 50% (SIN, HKG, BUS…), America 20% (LAX, NYC…) • Refund: USD 5-7/cbm (if under 5 cbm: no refund)
