  1. LIVING LIFE TO THE FULL A GIFT TO BE CELEBRATED!

  2. THE NEED FOR INTEGRITY

  3. “Chosen men out of all Israel” 1 Samuel 24:2, KJV

  4. 1 Samuel 24:4, NKJV Then the men of David said to him, ‘This is the day of which the Lord said to you,...

  5. 1 Samuel 24:4, NKJV ...Behold, I will deliver your enemy into your hand that you may do to him as it seems good to you.’

  6. 1 Samuel 24:4, NKJV And David arose and secretly cut off a corner of Saul’s robe.

  7. 1 Samuel 24:5-7, NKJV Now it happened afterward that David’s heart troubled him because he had cut Saul’s robe. And he said to his men,...

  8. 1 Samuel 24:5-7, NKJV ‘The Lord forbid that I should do this thing to my master, the Lord’s anointed, to stretch out my hand against him,...

  9. 1 Samuel 24:5-7, NKJV ...seeing he is the anointed of the Lord.’ So David restrained his servants with these words,...

  10. 1 Samuel 24:5-7, NKJV ...and did not allow them to rise against Saul. And Saul got up from the cave and went on his way.

  11. 1 Samuel 24:10-12, NKJV Look, this day your eyes have seen that the Lord delivered you today into my hand in the cave,...

  12. 1 Samuel 24:10-12, NKJV ...and someone urged me to kill you. But my eye spared you, and I said...

  13. 1 Samuel 24:10-12, NKJV ...‘I will not stretch out my hand against my lord, for he is the Lord’s anointed.’ Moreover, my father, see!

  14. 1 Samuel 24:10-12, NKJV Yes, see the corner of your robe in my hand! For in that I cut off the corner of your robe,...

  15. 1 Samuel 24:10-12, NKJV ...and did not kill you, know and see that there is neither evil nor rebellion in my hand,...

  16. 1 Samuel 24:10-12, NKJV ...and I have not sinned against you. Yet you hunt my life to take it.

  17. 1 Samuel 24:10-12, NKJV Let the Lord judge between you and me, and let the Lord avenge me on you. But my hand shall not be against you.

  18. 1 Samuel 24:17, NKJV You are more righteous than I; for you have rewarded me with good, whereas I have rewarded you with evil.

  19. 1 Samuel 24:17, NKJV And you have shown this day how you have dealt well with me; for when the Lord delivered me into your hand, you did not kill me’

  20. 1 Samuel 26:7, NKJV And there Saul lay sleeping within the camp, with his spear stuck in the ground by his head.

  21. 1 Samuel 26:7, NKJV And Abner and the people lay all around him.

  22. 1 Samuel 26:8, NKJV Then Abishai said to David, ‘God has delivered your enemy into your hand this day. Now therefore, please,...

  23. 1 Samuel 26:8, NKJV ...let me strike him at once with the spear, right to the earth; and I will not have to strike him a second time!’

  24. 1 Samuel 26:9, NKJV ‘Do not destroy him; for who can stretch out his hand against the Lord’s anointed, and be guiltless?’

  25. 1 Samuel 26:21, NKJV I have sinned. Return, my son David. For I will harm you no more,...

  26. 1 Samuel 26:21, NKJV ...because my life was precious in your eyes this day. Indeed I have played the fool and erred exceedingly.

  27. 1 Samuel 27:1, NKJV Now I shall perish someday by the hand of Saul. There is nothing better for me....

  28. 1 Samuel 27:1, NKJV ...than that I should speedily escape to the land of the Philistines; and Saul will despair of me,...

  29. 1 Samuel 27:1, NKJV ...to seek me anymore in any part of Israel. So I shall escape out of his hand’.

  30. Matthew 5:44-48, NKJV ‘But I say to you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you,...

  31. Matthew 5:44-48, NKJV ...and pray for those who spitefully use you and persecute you, that you may be sons of your Father in heaven;...

  32. Matthew 5:44-48, NKJV ...for He makes His sun rise on the evil and on the good, and sends rain on the just and on the unjust.

  33. Matthew 5:44-48, NKJV For if you love those who love you, what reward have you? Do not even the tax collectors do the same?

  34. Matthew 5:44-48, NKJV And if you greet your brethren only, what do you do more than others? Do not even the tax collectors do so?

  35. Matthew 5:44-48, NKJV Therefore you shall be perfect, just as your Father in heaven is perfect.
