  2. Target • User mengerti prinsip dasar konversi data bibliografi di SliMS. • User mampu mengkonversi data dari sumber-sumber luar dalam format .CSV.

  3. The Basic • SLiMS menerima data bibliografi dari format luar HANYA dalam format .CSV (Comma Separated Value). • Format data .CSV harus mengikuti urutan ruas yang sudah ditentukan oleh SLiMS.

  4. The Problem • Apakah aplikasi yang sebelumnya menyediakan fasilitas ekspor data bibliografi dalam format .CSV? • Apakah database dari aplikasi yang sebelumnya bisa mengekspor data dalam format .CSV?

  5. Aplikasi pengolah .CSV • Gunakan aplikasi Openoffice.org Calc untuk mengolah file .CSV, • Atau gunakan Microsoft Excel 2003/2007*.

  6. Bahasa Tempat/Kota Terbit Nomor klasifikasi Catatan/Abstrak Nama File cover NULL Pengarang Subjek Nomor Barcode Urutan Ruas (dari Kiri ke Kanan) • Judul • GMD • Edisi • ISBN/ISSN • Penerbit • Tahun Terbit • Kolasi/Deskripsi Fisik • Judul Seri • Call Number/No. Panggil
