Case Presentation: Initial RecordsCourtesy of Dr. Willy Dayan Initial (Pre-Expander) Pre-Invisalign (Post-Expander) Final Age: 31 Y Patient chief concern: Teeth is wearing down due to bite and poor aesthetics. Was told he needed surgery. History of Cleft Lip Palate and multiple surgeries as a child.

  5. Case Presentation: Final RecordsCourtesy of Dr. Willy Dayan Invisalign Treatment time: 18 months • 32 U/L aligners • 10 U/L Refinement aligners • No midcourse correction • Auxiliaries used: Removable expander prior to Invisalign and Class III elastics during Refinement.

Tip #4: Plan elastics and/or IPR to adjust overjet as open bite corrects Patient at the start of treatment Patient after open bite closure with posterior intrusion Patient after class III elastics with mandibular anterior IPR in refinement INVISALIGN IS MY FIRST CHOICE IN ANTERIOR OPENBITE CASES
